Prince George is currently conducting a general reassessment. We want to make sure property values are accurate, and we are asking property owners to help by confirming the details we have on record. Please fill out this form.

Foundation description

If you have a partial basement or a small cellar, please describe it briefly. For example: half basement, half crawl space.

Finished basement area

If you have finish in your basement, describe the amount of finished area in square feet or as a percent of the basement. An estimate is fine, such as 25% finished or 400 square feet. Skip this if you do not have a basement.

Please describe any outbuildings on your property.

Detached garages, sheds, pole sheds, barns and workshops are examples of outbuildings. Dimensions are not necessary.

Please describe any remodeling, updating, deferred maintenance, or other information we should consider.

For example: kitchen and baths original; new carpet and paint five years ago; remodeled kitchen in 2010, baths original.
